Early Life and Education

Keshav Raj Pandey was born on June 16, 1968, in Belkotgadhi Municipality, Nuwakot District, Nepal. His childhood was spent in a simple rural background, where the natural environment fostered in him an appreciation for simple living and a deep attachment to his community.

Pandey achieved a significant educational milestone by becoming the first person to pass the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) examination in first division from Madanpur G.V.S. He later pursued higher education at Amrit Science Campus.

Historic Achievement

Pandey made history by becoming the first elected president of the All Nepal National Independent Students' Union (ANNISU) at Amrit Science Campus. This achievement made him one of the youngest campus presidents in Nepal at that time, marking a historic milestone in youth leadership.
